Where can I find my tracking number?

You can find your tracking number on the shipping confirmation page that you received after making an order website, there will be a “track package” link at the bottom. Clicking this will open up Australia Post Track and Trace system with all data available for viewing. Your parcel’s reference number should appear here as well as any other relevant information such as current location or date/time of the last scan which refers to when was it seen by their scanning devices (if they’ve scanned it). If ever there is no update for more than 48 hours, please contact the customer service team so they may look into why not. 

If you’ve ordered more than one parcel, it’s easy to get confused as they are labeled differently and the reference number is usually quite long and difficult to remember so better to write them down somewhere in case of any issues with tracking status updates.

When tracking my item, what does ‘possible delay’ mean?

The tracking status ‘possible delay’ means the item has been lodged into Aussie Post network and received by Aussie Post but it might be delayed for one of the following reasons.

AU_StandardDelivery is an Australia Post Domestic delivery service that allows you to track your packages and shipments in real-time. 

Australia Post provides three types of delivery methods for AU_StandardDelivery which are:

Where you can find your tracking number, or article ID, depends on what service was used to send your item and how it was posted.

For senders:

• If your item was posted over the counter at a Post Office — then in many cases your tracking number, or article ID, can be found on the receipt provided.
• If your item was sent using one of our tracked services such as prepaid satchels — your tracking number can be found on the barcode on your item, and/or on the removable sticker.

For receivers:
