Добрый день. Я отправил документы от лица вуза в CES на эвалюацию, отправил EMS Почтой России. Сейчас на сайте Почте России по трекеру вижу надпись, что посылка лежит в отделении почты в Канаде:

Позвонил на горячую линию, ведь они не должны ее хранить, они должны ее доставить прямо на место, так как я заказывал именно «курьерскую доставку» до места назначения.

Метро расположения посылки и статус на данный момент:

Все, что смогла сказать девушка по телефону это то, что скорее всего адрес на посылке поврежден и поэтому ее не могут доставить .

Что делать в ситуации, когда письмо было доставлено в Канаду, но застряло в отделении почты и никуда далее не двигается?

Константин, добрый день. Ситуация, которую Вы описываете, нехарактерна для работы канадских курьерских служб. Более того, даже если по дороге в Канаду адрес испачкали так, что его невозможно разобрать, все равно у каждой посылки есть своей номер и проверить адрес получателя в базе не составляет никакого труда.

Более вероятно следующее:

Сайт Почты России, когда Вы проверяете на нем статус отправления, к сожалению, очень часто показывает неполную информацию. Вы отправляете документы в Канаду, поэтому я всегда рекомендую проверять месторасположение и статус отправления только на сайте канадской почты.
