Отправка Correos из Испании

Для отправления посылки или мелкого пакета следует явиться в отделение связи и заполнить адресный бланк на испанском и английском языках. Посылку можно приносить уже запакованную, т.к. ее досмотр при отправке обычно не производится, хотя сотрудники почтового отделения и имеют на это право.

Классификация почтовых отправлений в Испании стандартная.

Отправление весом до 2 кг именуется мелким пакетом или письмом, отправление весом от 2 до 30 кг – посылкой. К посылкам требуется прилагать заполненную декларацию с точным указанием содержимого и оценочной стоимости.

Стоимость отправки мелкого пакета фиксированная и составляет 19.80 евро при статусе «простой» и 22.24 евро при статусе «заказной», стоимость же посылки определяется в соответствии с ее весом и объемом.

Ограничения по габаритам включают в себя как минимальные (9х14 см для отправлений всех видов), так и максимальные значения:

• для мелких пакетов – не более 90 см по сумме трех измерений при длине каждой стороны не более 60 см;
• для посылок – не более 200 см по сумме трех измерений при длине каждой стороны не более 105 см.

Ограничение по содержимому включает в себя лишь перечень веществ и предметов, признанных опасными в соответствии с правилами Международной ассоциации воздушного транспорта. Однако при комплектовании посылки не следует забывать о правилах ввоза, действующих в той стране, куда посылка будет отправлена.

Действительно, по территории Испании такие посылки перемещаются с большей скоростью, однако после пересечения российской границы этот вид доставки перестает иметь какое-либо значение, поэтому к адресату «приоритетное» отправление попадет не раньше, чем «экономичное». Следовательно, переплата за ускоренную доставку в данном случае смысла не имеет.

В среднем срок получения российским адресатом почтового отправления из Испании колеблется от 10 дней до полутора месяцев с момента отправки.

Что такое трек-номер посылки?

Трек-номер — это уникальный идентификатор. Он предназначен для отслеживания состояния и местоположения посылки. При помощи 100parcels.com можно отследить прибытие отправления в сортировочные центры, прохождение таможенного оформления, а также его получение покупателем.

Отличие номера заказа от номера посылки

Некоторые пользователи путают номер заказа и номер для трекинга отправления. Это совершенно разные вещи. Номер заказа присваивается посылке в магазине. Он позволяет отследить статус товара до его отправки. Номер посылки, то есть трек-код, присваивается перевозчиком при регистрации отправления. Поиск посылки возможен только по трек-номеру.

Форматы трек-номеров

Для международных отправлений используется идентификатор из 13 символов. Его можно разделить на 4 составляющие:

1. Две латинские буквы обозначают тип отправления. Наиболее распространены следующие варианты:
   • RA-RZ — письменное отправление, подлежащее регистрации, это может быть заказная карточка, мелкий пакет (до 2 кг), мешок (обозначение M);
   • CA-CZ — посылки весом от 2 кг;
   • EA-EZ — отправка через экспресс-сервис EMS;
   • LA-LZ  — отправление без регистрации;
   • VA-VZ — обозначение для письма с объявленной ценностью;
   • UA-UZ — отправление, не подлежащее регистрации, но с обязательным прохождением таможенных процедур.
2. 8 цифр, составляющие уникальный номер. По действующим правилам идентификатор не должен повторяться минимум в течение одного года;
3. Девятая цифра является проверочной;
4. Последние буквы указывают на страну, из которой было отправлена посылка. Например, CN — указывает на Китай, DE — на Германию, RU — на Россию.

Рассмотрим в качестве примера трек-номер посылки RF747978306SG:

• Обозначение RF указывает на то, что это мелкое письменное отправление или пакет;
• 74797830 — уникальный цифровой код;
• 6 — проверочная цифра;
• SG — посылка была отправлена из Сингапура.

Еще одни пример — UR911465058CN:

• UR — нерегистрируемая посылка, которая в обязательном порядке должна пройти таможенное оформление;
• 91146505 — уникальный цифровой код;
• 8 — проверочное число;
• CN — указывает на Китай, как страну отправления.

Варианты обозначения типа отправления

Указанный выше формат применим к международным отправлениям. Некоторые почтовые службы и транспортные компании используют собственные обозначения. Так, продавцы с Aliexpress для небольших покупок выдают трек-номера, состоящие только из цифр. Они используют перевозчиков China Post Small Packet.

Как и в других странах – членах Всемирного Почтового Союза, в Испании отслеживанию подлежат лишь регистрируемые почтовые отправления. Им присваивается уникальный трек-номер, составленный в соответствии со стандартом S10 UPU. Согласно этому стандарту, номер состоит из 13-ти символов, где первый соответствует типу отправления, а второй способствует повышению уникальности номера. Следующие 9 цифр представляют собой числовой код, а две последние буквы обозначают в сокращенном виде название страны отправителя.

В частности первой буквой трек-номера для мелких пакетов будет R, для посылок – C, для EMS -отправлений – E. Вторым символом становится любая буква латинского алфавита, числовой код из девяти знаков может быть произвольным, а заключительные символы в случае отправки посылки из Испании будут стандартными – ES. Информация о стране получателя в трек-номер не вносится.

Для отслеживания почтового отправления, снабженного трек-номером, следует ввести этот номер в соответствующее поле на странице отслеживания официального сайта Correos или просто воспользоваться полем с надписью CÓDIGO DE ENVÍO, которое доступно на любой странице сайта.

Когда почтовое отправление покинуло пределы Испании, отслеживание следует производить на сайте почтового оператора страны получателя. Если вы отправляли посылку через службу EMS, то ее статус будет отображаться и на сайте Correos, но в несколько упрощенном виде – только самые главные этапы.

EMS-отправления

The organisation of post in Spain is due to the Romans. The cursus publicus, as it was called, spanned the whole of Hispania via an extensive roads network carrying messages for the army or Roman administrators.

Later, during Middle Ages, the numerous kingdoms in which Spain was divided created their own post systems. The messengers went from one court to another with the orders of their kings. Also merchants, religious and university institutions had their own couriers. The postal service in Spain was progressively transformed with the unification of the kingdoms under the monarchy of the Catholic Monarchs, with the discovery of America and then with the expansion of territories in Europe during the reign of Charles I of Spain.

At the same time, the concession of the royal privilege of the postal service to the Taxis family centralised all postal orders both in Spain and Europe.
With the change of dynasty at the beginning of the 18th century, the postal service stopped being a concession of the monarch to become Renta Real (Royal Income).

On 8 July 1716, with the appointment of Juan Tomás de Goyeneche as Chief Superintendent and General Administrator of Post Offices by Phillip V, the Post Office became the responsibility of the State.
